Elder Frank Handley
In January of 2017 Elder Frank Handley joined Covenant of Grace WNY. Frank served as the adjutant to the late Apostle Joseph Brinson Jr. and currently oversees the Media Department at the Niagara Falls location. Frank received his license to minister the gospel during Covenant of Grace Fellowship International's Holy Convocation in 2018. During Holy Convocation 2020, Frank was ordained as Elder. Through his faithfulness and dedication to the ministry, he was elevated to Chief Ruling Elder. In this positio, Elder Frank oversees the Ministerial Staff.

Joining in 2016, Elder Erica Dennis is a vibrant part of our church's fabric. A member of the praise and worship team, Elder Erica also serves as our Outreach Coordinator.

Elder Jessica Mitchell
Joining in 2017, Elder Jessica Mitchell's journey is marked by growth. Swiftly becoming a licensed minister in 2018, she rose to the esteemed role of Elder in 2022. As a member of Pastor Brinson's Team, she stands strong as an Armor Bearer, embodying dedication and devotion.

Since 2012, Min. Christina Jenkins has been a steadfast presence. She served as an Armor Bearer to our late Apostle Bishop Joseph Brinson Jr., embodying loyalty and support. Today, she continues her journey as a licensed minister, spreading faith and inspiration.

A member since 2016, Min. Riana Mason's journey is one of dedication. From the praise and worship team, she now leads our Women's Ministry, The Dove Sisterhood. Additionally, as Chief Armor Bearer to Pastor Bertha Brinson, she exemplifies steadfast support and leadership.

Joining us in 2016, Min. Terry Mason has been a driving force in our worship. As the leader of our Praise and Worship team, his passion ignites our spirits. Additionally, he leads our fine arts department, infusing creativity into our church community.

Min. Mia Washington is a dedicated member who joined the church in 2016. She showcased her devotion through dance as part of the Halal dance team and was a member of our praise and worship team. Currently, Mia serves as a licensed minister and the church administrator.
